Carol A. Kozakiewicz of Bogota passed away on July 30, 2025. Beloved mother of James Kozakiewicz and Lorraine Haikins. Loving sister of Arthur Daughtry. Cherished grandmother of Joshua, Emily, and Paul. Carol was a longtime nurse at Hackensack University Medical Center. There she was instrumental in the training of other nurses and helping the facility grow into the gold standard it has become to be known as.
