Emily F. Tuma-Hoppe

Emily F. Tuma-Hoppe 82 of Little Ferry passed away December 26, 2025. Beloved wife of the late David W. Hoppe. Devoted mother of Laurie Hoppe-Ringer and husband John C. Ringer; Christopher Hoppe; Melissa Sims and husband Kurt and Jeni Allred and husband Thomas. Loving grandmother of Katie Sims, Hannah Stephenson and husband Thomas, Henry Sims, Jackson Allred, John D. Ringer, Alicia VanGilson and husband Evan and great grandmother to Natalie, Haley, Colton and Barrett. Dear sister of Christine Pacelli, Ellen Kooman, Belinda Peffers and husband Steve. Also survived by her loving nieces and nephews Edward, Anne, Thomas, Geoffrey, Raymond, Scott, and Sam. She was predeceased by her sister Connie Tolliver and nephew Brett.

Emily earned her BFA from Fairleigh Dickinson University in 1981 and her associate's degree in advertising from Fashion Institute of Technology in 1987. She worked as a freelance artist and was a member of the Ridgefield Park BPOE, Lodge #1506 and American SOKOL, Little Ferry.
