Francis "Frank" Wetzelberger

Wetzelberger, Francis (Frank) P., 67, of Bogota, entered into eternal life on October 19th, 2023.  Beloved son of the late Mary and Frank Wetzelberger of Bogota.  Beloved brother to Bill (Marybeth) of Stafford VA, Bob (Rose) of Park Ridge NJ and Marybeth Wetzelberger of .Westwood. NJ.  Loving uncle to Christina (Dash) Keithley, Caitlin Wetzelberger, Callie (Grainger) Del Rio, Billy Wetzelberger, Erin Wetzelberger, Kerry (Devon) Toews, Megan (Alain) Chigha, and Colleen Wetzelberger.  Loving great uncle to Liam, Emmalyn, Declan, Bennett, and Baylah. Long time boyfriend of Sandy Ashby.

Before retiring Frank worked as a safety and administrative manager at First Occupational Recycling and Waste Inc. He was a graduate of Bergen Catholic H.S. and Kutztown University of Pennsylvania. Long time parishioner and usher at St. Joseph's R.C. Church, Bogota, N.J.

Friends and family will be received on Saturday, October 21 at 10am at The Petrik Funeral Home, 140 Palisade Avenue, Bogota, N.J. The Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 12pm at St. Joseph's R.C. Church, Bogota, N.J,. Interment at St. Raymond's Cemetery, Bronx, N.Y. will be private.

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts to Hackensack Meridian Health Hospice Services of  NJ or HUMC John Theurer Cancer Center of Hackensack would be appreciated.
