Jose Francisco Jimenez (1938 - 2021)

Jose Francisco, age 82, Bogota, NJ resident, peacefully entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, January 19, 2021. He was the beloved husband of Micaela, and of the late Maria Teresa Garcia de Jimenez. He was born in the Dominican Republic on October 5, 1938, the son of the late Maria Altagracia Jimenez. Jose was an avid Yankees fan, enjoyed traveling, and spending time with his family. His greatest joy in the world was his grandchildren! He is survived by his four children, Moisés Francisco, Josue Giovanni, Nancy, and Gabriela, 11 loving grandchildren, and two sisters, Dulce and Isidra (Sila). A private viewing will be held for family at Petrik Funeral Home, Bogota, NJ. The Rite of Burial will be celebrated at St. Anastasia's Church, Teaneck, NJ on Wednesday, January 27, 2021 at 10 am, followed by the committal in St. Raymond’s Cemetery, Bronx, NY.
