Mildred Watson Obituary

Mildred Alberta Watson nee Boulton 91  of Wurtsboro, NY formerly of Little Ferry and Bogota, passed away April 19, 2020. Born on December 3, 1928, she was predeceased by her loving husband James, parents William P. and Helen Boulton, her brother Edward J. Boulton and her niece Donna “Cookie” J. Brink White. After graduating Bogota High School Millie worked for Singer Kearfott until her retirement, first as a comptometer operator and then as a data processing analyst. She was awarded the “Woman of the Year Trade Award” by the YWCA and was a lifetime member of the Hasbrouck Family Association of New Paltz, NY

Mildred is survived by her nephew Wayne E. Boulton and family; Drew P. Boulton and family; Hollis G. Nickas and family; Beth E. Foord and family, sister in law Mary Grossi; cousins Alfred and Barbara Boulton and her beloved dog Belle. Also survived by many great nieces and nephews in the Boulton, Nickas, Foord, Brink and Watson families; as well as many beloved friends who were like family to Millie and Jimmy.

In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations in her memory to either the Hasbrouck Family Association, New Paltz, NY or the Animal Shelter/Rescue of your choice. A private funeral is planned with a memorial to be held at a later time once we can gather again to celebrate her life.
